They needed the ability to visualise data in an easily digestible format from a single database presenting “one version of the truth” to facilitate a coherent, IC matching and reporting process. Other requirements important for KWH Group included improved audit trail and global launching ability. Audit trail was improved using automated processes and single entry principle and could services enable the global launching ability.
